Journées du Patrimoine

At the heart of the Autumn Festivals, on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 September you will discover or rediscover the pediments of our city. We think we know them, we see them in our daily lives, but each of them has its own history, its own personality and sometimes cultivates its own mysteries.
During the Heritage Days, a guided tour of the 3 pediments of the town center is organized. It is free and on registration.

Finally, one cannot talk about the fronton without mentioning the Basque pelota and its components. On Saturday, September 17 at 11 am, a meeting of craftsmen is organized at the Toki-Toki library. Patxi and Jon Tambourindéguy from Ona Pilota will share their secrets of making chisteras and pelotes. A rare and interactive moment close to the instruments that make the richness and uniqueness of this sport.
